This girl is cosplaying as Toshiya, the bassist of J Rock group Dir en Grey.

I don't know what it was with the koalas, but we saw a few people holding these little toy koalas. Cosplay is very popular on Sundays on the bridge next to Harajuku Station, Harajuku.
