They are having a Japan Fest in Overland Park, KS today. Yours truly will be there, searching for authentic Katsu-don. Katsu-don is rice covered with stir fried vegetables, a fried pork cutlet and a fried egg. Yummy! I will let the rest of America eat the overly familiar sushi. I can make that right at home.
