The quickest and most direct way to go Shinjuku Shibuya is via the JR Yamanote Line. This Shinjuku Shibuya takes only 7 minutes and costs around 150 yen.

An alternative Shinjuku Shibuya router is to take the Tokyo-Metro Marunouchi Line from Shinjuku Station, change at Shinjukusanchome Station to the Tokyo-Metro Fukutoshin Line which will then arrive at Shibuya Station.
